I’m in full on nesting mode, baby twos arrival i

I’m in full on nesting mode, baby twos arrival is less than 6 weeks away and I’m working to get the house as organized and clutter free as possible.

I recently found @organihaus rope baskets and liked how deep and sturdy they were as well as the beautiful colors they come in, they sent one to me to put to use and it certainly did not disappoint!

I got a light blue one and placed all of Autumns puzzles and word games into its clean and tucked away but easy for her to access and play when she wants to 😃 if you’re in need of some organization solutions but want something colorful check them out. #colorfulorganization #digandhang #colorfulhomedecor #rainbowhome

Isn’t it a challenge fitting furniture in your home? I am doing some serious shifting around with the baby arriving soon and having to rearrange things to make room for his items, ended up moving our blue @joybird chair into Autumns room as a little reading corner and put the @tribebysonal pouf below it, turned out cute and she’s happy to have her own chair 😊

Finally got around to dusting and organizing inside the credenza, I’m going to be getting a basket for below the records to hold baby boys toys, found the perfect sized shelf basket to fit there, can’t wait to get it. Now to finish buying the last few baby items we need, luckily most items we had with Autumn can be reused again.

It’s crazy to think there will be a fourth seat up at the kitchen island in less than two months! This baby boy is coming so fast, we’re excited to meet him and Autumn is thrilled to have a best friend to be with each day 😊

We’ve been having high 60-70 degree weather the past few weeks, but two rain storms coming today and tomorrow are bringing 20 degree weather… all ready for a dusting of snow 😊

Have you ever used washi tape to add color to cabinets in your home?

If not I highly recommend it, it cheap, quick, easy and adds so much color, and it’s easy to change up!

I took down the old washi tape I had up in the bathroom for the past year and did a new design I love it! 🌈

I ordered a new shower curtain that’s in the mail, I plan to get a new small rug and new art as well as adding new plants for the new year, with the baby coming in February this will be my sanctuary

Holy moly, Christmas is 3 days away! I’m getting excited to watch Autumn open her gifts, she has done so incredibly well for a 2.5 year old not once trying to sneak a peak but happily waiting until Christmas Day to open gifts. We’ve officially busted out the Christmas records and are chilling on the couch listening to the classics 💕 feeling in full swing of the season, getting the house all clean and cozy today, tomorrow Dave will be off all the way up to Christmas, I still work all next week, but it will be so nice to have him home 😃
